The Primary objectives of our organization are: To Support, Empower and Advance women's interests in the South African Defence Industry. Making meaningful impact in South Africa and beyond our borders. The South African Defence Industry still being very much male dominated, there is a dire need to encourage more women to not only join the industry but also motivate them to remain in the industry and become leaders in the industry
We support women starting and pursuing a career in the defence sector through leadership training and professional development opportunities.
We build a strong, supportive community for women in the defence sector, fostering connections, collaborations, and a sense of belonging among members.
We promote the development of cooperation and mutual understanding between women in the defence sector, establishing partnerships with professional international.
We promote the idea of equal rights and opportunities for women and men in the defence sector, improve understanding of national and international legislation on gender equality.
